SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
Please note: We only ship in the UK at the moment. If you would like to purchase outside of the UK please email us directly and we will do our best to help you.
RETURN POLICY
If you need to return your VE Shoes, we're here to help! We accept returns within 21 days of the order date, provided that the shoes are returned in their original, unworn condition with no damage. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at vewatershoe@gmail.com, and we'll provide you with a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to us. Once we receive the shoes, we'll process your refund within five working days. Please be aware that original delivery costs are not included in the refund. For your peace of mind, we recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are able to offer exchanges for our VE Water Shoes within 21 days of purchase. You can exchange them for a different size or colour, provided the shoes are unworn and undamaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at vewatershoe@gmail.com to receive the return address. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping, but once we receive the shoes, we'll send your new pair with no additional postage fees.
